Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
Narita Sando Guesthouse uses a self check-in system.
Please follow the check-in instructions sent to you before arrival.
How to Check out?
Self-Check out before 10.00 am.
Yes. As we use a self check-in system, you may arrive after normal reception hours.
However, staff support is not available after 10:00 PM.
We strongly recommend checking your self check-in instructions and door code before arriving.
How will I receive the entrance door code?
The entrance door code and check-in information will be sent to you before your stay.
Please make sure the email address registered with your reservation is correct and accessible.
Please check out by 10.00 am.
As we use a self check-out system, you do not normally need to visit reception when leaving.
Free for stay day. Same-day luggage storage is free.
After check out/Before check in – Fee Applied.
Luggage storage may be available depending on the time and available space.
Please contact us in advance if you need to leave luggage before check-in.
Extended/Advanced storage is ¥300 per day.
Lockers are also available for luggage storage.
Please make sure to return the locker key as instructed.
Narita Sando Guesthouse is a guesthouse with shared facilities.
Licensed Register as Ryokan Licensed.
The property is not Minpaku.
Please understand that the style and services are different from a full-service hotel.
