Stay Rule

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: **From 4:00 PM onward**
Please complete the self check-in procedure according to the instructions sent to you.
Please check your check-in information/door code at your stay day around 15.30-16.00 in your mail.

Check-out: **within 10:00 AM**
Please check out of the room within 10.00 AM.
Please feel free to continue stay and use share space on 1F after check out.

2. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 22.00 pm. – 8.00 am.
Avoid loud conversations, music, phone calls, or other activities that may disturb other guests.
Please use earphones when listening to music or watching videos in shared areas.

3. No Smoking
Smoking is **strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse**, including guest rooms, bathrooms, toilets, hallways, and common areas.
Please smoke only in designated areas, if available.

4. Shoes
Please remove outdoor shoes before entering designated indoor areas.
Do not wear outdoor shoes inside guest rooms or other shoe-free areas.

5. Shared Facilities Bathrooms, toilets, and common spaces are shared with other guests.
Please keep shared facilities clean after use.
Please respect other guests and avoid occupying shared facilities for an unnecessarily long time.

6. Food & Drinks
Please eat and drink only in permitted areas.
Please clean up after yourself and dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
Please do not leave food uncovered in guest rooms or common areas.

7. Security
Please keep your room and entrance access information secure.
Do not share door codes or access information with anyone outside your reservation.
Only registered guests are permitted to enter or stay in the guesthouse.

8. Personal Belongings
Please take care of your valuables and personal belongings.
The guesthouse cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items except where required by law.

9. Damage & Lost Items
Please treat the building, furniture, bedding, and equipment with care.
If anything is damaged or broken, please inform us immediately.
Guests may be charged for damage or loss caused intentionally or through negligence.

10. Fire & Safety
Open flames, candles, incense, and other fire hazards are prohibited.
Please do not interfere with smoke detectors, fire alarms, emergency equipment, or security devices.
In an emergency, please follow the posted evacuation instructions.

11. Visitors
Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms or accommodation areas.
Please contact us in advance if you need assistance regarding a visitor.

12. Respect Other Guests
Harassment, threatening behavior, excessive noise, violence, or behavior that makes other guests feel unsafe will not be tolerated.
Please respect the privacy, culture, and personal space of other guests.

13. Luggage
Luggage storage is subject to the guesthouse’s storage policy and available space.
Please do not leave luggage or personal belongings in corridors, entrances, or emergency evacuation routes.

14. Prohibited Activities
The following are not permitted:
Illegal activities
Bringing dangerous or hazardous items onto the property
Excessive drinking that causes disturbance to others
Unauthorized commercial activities
Bringing pets without prior permission
Allowing unregistered persons to stay overnight

15. Violation of House Rules
Guests who seriously or repeatedly violate the house rules, disturb other guests, create a safety risk, or engage in illegal activity may be asked to leave the property in accordance with applicable laws and accommodation policies.
